Project management and methodology

Our software engineers have vast experience in managing projects and we regard them as experts in their area. Within technologies, we also use so called agile methods, in particular Scrum.

An agile method of software creation has several advantages compared to the classic waterfall model:

• transparent development,
• possibility of continuous testing,
• better control over the project in each phase,
• advantageous financing.
